I have a keen interest in mind, body, breath and nature and how we can be our best selves when bringing them all together. I discovered a love of wild swimming and walking in the pandemic throughout the year and how it had a significant impact on my own mental health. I was enthused to discover how nature and therapy could be brought together, and trained to work with therapy in nature as a ‘Walk and Talk’ Eco-therapist, whereby we walk side-by-side out in the fresh air, working with whatever arises. This adds a powerful dimension to the work, in that you have not only myself, but also the natural world working alongside your process, whilst moving your body and breathing in the restorative energy of what's around you on a therapeutic walk.
